Here is another garage project that was finished last fall. The exterior has a special order color siding and trim boards by James Hardie. It is 27’x 25′ and features a shed style dormer on the side and an “eyebrow” accent roof over the garage door.
The windows are Andersen 200 Series with black exterior and interior paint.
The loft will eventually be turned into office space. Adding a dormer to the second level adds quite a bit of floor and ceiling space.
